In the South of Morocco, these rugs are made by our artisan group, Manbel Berbere. A beautiful and intricate piece that can be used as an area rug or hung on the wall as an art piece. This rug takes three months to hand-craft so it certainly deserves some (if not, lots of) wall space.
This rug is made with three techniques – embroidery, hand-weaving, and stitching. It is also made with three materials – sheep wool, camel wool, and cotton. A stunning and colorful piece that will sure be a conversation piece at your next dinner party. This Moroccan rug is a modern take on it’s traditional Berber rug and uses the finest material sourced locally in the South.
